FULFILLMENT and SHIPPING
Orders are sent to production only after payment for orders is received. Once production begins, it takes an average 2–7 business days to create apparel products and an average of 2–5 business days for non-apparel products before an order is shipped. On average shipping time within the United States is 4 business days depending on the order’s destination and shipping option. International orders may take longer, on average about 14-28 days. Holidays and high volume seasons may cause production times to be slower than average. Large orders of 12 items or more may require additional production time. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping times and rates may vary depending on location and available shipping options.
We only accept orders from the United States of America, Canada, Mexico, The Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand at this time.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what your additional costs may be prior to buying.
COVID-19 IMPACT
We are doing our best to adapt to the global COVID-19 pandemic as best as possible. American Bogan™ works with an international fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on.
Currently, our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. When necessary, orders are re-routed to backup facilities. Fulfillment and shipping may take longer but your order will reach you. We are currently estimating about 3-7 days to fulfill your order before it is sent out.
